Many of us have listened to Supervisor Mohan describe how the internal problems of the Amherst town government over the past two years, since he has been the Town Supervisor, have been caused by our Town Board. Mohan has stated the Board is made up of people who have committed criminal acts against the citizens of Amherst.

The Supervisor has made it clear that the Town Comptroller, Town Attorney, Planning Director, and the Pepsi Center management staff are all working against him. He blames the Engineering Department for being unable to the jobs needing to be done which are the Engineering Department’s responsibility.

Supervisor Mohan is fair in his spreading the SNAFU’S of the town over all the departments. He has said he would like to replace all of these people.

Our Supervisor, as a teacher, must look more deeply into the chaos of the Town Departments. He must accept his part in the confusion of lies and more lies which is the basis for this confusion. If Mohan plans to get our town moving along at a progressive pace he must accept his responsibility as the CEO.
