Is Erie County Government in Huge Financial Trouble ?

Erratic money management by Erie County has left the County in poor financial shape. It looks like the County is unable to pay it’s bills.
When Joel Giambra was our County Executive we were always were able to pay our vendors. That’s not true for the current administration.
