1. Tennessee Titans (13-3) – Clinched No. 1 seed, AFC South title, first-round bye and home-field advantage through AFC playoffs.
2. Pittsburgh Steelers (12-4) – Clinched No. 2 seed, AFC North title and first-round bye.
3. Miami Dolphins (11-5) – Clinched No. 3 seed and AFC East title with win at NY Jets.
Wins tiebreaker with New England because of conference record (8-4 to 7-5).
4• San Diego Chargers (8-8) – Clinched AFC West title, No. 4 seed and first-round playoff game vs. Indianapolis with win over Denver.
San Diego wins tiebreaker with Denver because of division record (5-1 to 3-3).
5. Indianapolis Colts (12-4) – Clinched No. 5 seed and first-round playoff game at San Diego.
6. Baltimore Ravens (11-5) – Clinched playoff berth and No. 6 seed with win over Jacksonville. Will play at Miami in first-round playoff game.
Baltimore wins tie with New England because of conference record (8-4 to 7-5).
