Supervisor Mohan is going for strike three.  A lower court decided the hiring of police officers fell under

the jurisdiction of the Town Board not the Town Supervisor.  Just recently the Fourth Department of State

Appellate Division agreed with the lower court

Supervisor Mohan may try to get permission to re-argue this case to the State Court Of Appeals.  It’s

highly unlikely the court will rehear his case.
