Just who will fill the seat vacated by Mike Ranzenhofer on our Erie County Legislature?
The following message was sent to Len Lenihan from Joanne Capone expressing her desire to fill that seat. She wrote, “I wish to be considered as the endorsed Democrat to run to fill the vacancy on the County Legislature.
I hold a MPA from Syracuse University and have worked for both the Senate Majority in Albany and as a Legislative Analyst for the City Council of Los Angeles.
Now we’ll wait, watch and see what happens next.
