Something’s wrong here. When Dr. Mohan ran for Supervisor his very close friend then, Assemblyman Jim Hayes, gave $5000 to Mohan’s campaign. Checking on all of Dr. Mohan‘s donations this $5000 isn’t listed anywhere. Why? Where did it go?
If it was a loan rather than a donation to his campaign the transaction should still have been listed on Mohan’s dislosure sheets.
