There have been rumors for years about Assemblyman Jim Hayes’ involvement in some sort of assault case and that he has a criminal record connected with this case which is sealed in either Kenmore or Tonawanda. The story goes: he was in a physical scuffle in a restaurant and was removed from the restaurant by three men, one being Steve Pigeon, Mr. Golisano’s close friend.
Wonder if Hayes would clear up the rumor once and for all.
