The best Family Court Judge, in my estimation, is Lisa Bloch Rodwin.  The law clerks she has were not chosen by her, but forced upon her, by Len Lenihan, the Erie County Democratic Chairman.  The two clerks lack any experience in the area of Family Court Law.  In my opinion this lessens the effectiveness of Judge Rodwin’s research staff.

This type of interference by Mr. Lenihan must stop.  He shouldn’t be handing out political patronage jobs to heavy donors to the party, forcing a judge to take them as law clerks.  

In the case of Judge Rodwin, Lenihan’s interference has spread all the way to the halls of the FBI.  He should have checked on the people he forced the judge to take. One is Susan Grelick, the ex-Supervisor of Amherst, who never tried a case in her entire legal career.

It’s important to know that at the present time Susan Grelick is committing election fraud.  She has an ad on the NewWNYPOLITICS website which she says she is a candidate for the 148^th Assembly District.  This is a total falsehood.

Hard to believe?  Well, if you want to see the ad, visit the NewWNYPOLITICS website.  On the homepage you will see faces of familiar candidates and politicians.  Scroll down to the bottom to the black and white photo of Susan Grelick.  Click on it and her personal website appears announcing that she is a candidate for the 148^th Assembly District.  The three candidates for this district actually are Jim Hayes, Jerome Schad and Paul Brown.

The Susan Grelick foul-up lies totally at the feet of Chairman Len Lenihan.  He should correct this goof-up and allow Judge Rodwin to choose her own law clerks.
