Ward’s Team Gets 2416 Signatures

Wednesday, July 9th, 2008

Dan Ward and Tom Weisbeck went to Albany Wednesday to turn in the petitions needed for Ward to be on the ballot for the NYS Senate seat in the 61st District.  Dan needed only 1000 signatures to be on the ballot.

At 12:41pm, Wednesday, July 9th a day earlier than required, Dan turned in 2416 signatures.

Ward said  “I don’t know who the “many” were that speculated I couldn’t get the needed amount of signatures but they should have learned by now to never count me out, and with the strongest candidacy and best campaign team, this  IS the winning ticket for this Senate seat.
