In this Sunday Buffalo News, 6/08/08,in Don Esmonde Commenty ,he tells a story about an old overweight man, who walked with a cane. It was about midnight and he was tending to his fish pond. Two teenagers saw this target and decided to steal his money and  give him an unearned beating because  in her minds this would be fun. They top his carnage by putting a bullet in to this non human body.

The area this man was gunned down in was the long known shooting gallery known as University Heights. University Heights is border by Main St and Hertel and Kenmore Avenues. Don Esmonde , the news writer describes the negative conditions in the 30-acre site but the long article doesn’t suggest one way to start to solve this problem.

He tells us who owns the property UB, The City,NFTA.and Slum Lords. But doesn’t suggest how the people, the almighty people  can put pressure on these three entities to start fixing this area befoe it become a “KILLING FiIELDS” which would lower the price of the land.

Everyone of the creeps, who are stalling saving this area care not for the people who live there but are waiting for the public to get anger enough to want this area clean up by destroying the area.

 The powers to be care not how many people are kill as long as it not them. The people of this area should fight back harder and demand their homes aren’t part of a genocide by special interest groups
