Amherst Town Board Council members Shelly Schratz (R) and Dan Ward (D) agree on something! They both feel that the Town Board of Ethics should get involved in checking out whether any unlawful activity occurred when a private citizen’s retention pond was cleaned. This service was referred to on the ‘O’Loughlin message tape’ which you can listen to by CLICKING HERE and linking to the original website, Buffalo Pundit.

Council member Shelly Schratz is writing a letter to the Town Ethics committee to investigate the matter referred to on this tape. Council member Dan Ward is signing the letter as a co-sponsor.
